Let's take a look: 00: 09 Upload workpieces 00: 28 The workpieces go through the double-sided two-way pneumatic door and enter the pre-heating oven 00: 33 Pre-heating treatment ( this process will take about 50min, and the temperature is 300-350℃) 00: 45 fluidized bed dip powder coating( there's a tank with powder up and down by the lifter.) 01: 04 Powder curing( it will take about 25min, and the temperature is 180-220℃) 01: 38 Unload the workpieces Be my fan, if you're interested in powder coating line.
