Spraying type can on the line of powder coaing/painting, it's fully automated. Dip tank pretreatment usually separate from powder coating line, needs transfer loading and unloading. About the dip tank pretreatment, d ue to the conveyor difference, dip tank pretreatment system also has 2 types: electric hoist and crane. Electric hoist normally is semi automatic, needs a worker to control the switch. Crane type is fully automatic, the crane will move according to the program.
